Ethiopian Airlines Makes Changes to Route Network

We are providing information here for those planning their travel for the PLC Medical Mission to Ethiopia. Ethiopian Airlines announced new details for their route network as follows:

  • Addis Ababa (ADD) – Barcelona (BCN) – Madrid (MAD) planned new route has now been cancelled
  • Addis Ababa (ADD) – Johannesburg (JNB) 3rd weekly service launch, operated by 737-800, moved forward from June 1 to March 25
  • Addis Ababa (ADD) – Kisangani (FKI) – Mbuji Mayi (MJM) – Addis Ababa (ADD) new service, to be operated 3-weekly by Boing 737-800 aircraft will commence March 27 instead of March 1
  • Addis Ababa (ADD) – London (LHR), operated on A350-900XWB, starting June 2 will increase from  7 to 10 weekly
